Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened or used foot care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment after the returned item is received and inspected.
